Department of Training and Technical Education Admission to Certificate course

Application on the prescribed form are invited for admission in institute of Basic Business Studies (I.B.B.S.) running at Veer Savarkar Basic Training Centre, Pusa Campus, Pusa New Delhi-110012 for the following Full-Time and Part-Time Courses:

1. One Year Full Time Certificate Course in"Business Organization & Administration"

2. One Year Part-Time Certificate Course in
a) Salesmanship & Retail Marketing
b) Book-Keeping &Accountancy
c) Store-Keeping & Purchasing

For Business Organization & Administration: Passed in Senior Secondary of C.B.S.E. or equivalent examination, in any stream with, English as one of the subjects.

For Part Time Certificate Course: Passed Higher Secondary/ 12th under 10+2 scheme of C.B.S.E or equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects.

10% Weightage will be given to each higher Academic Qualification i.e. Graduation (3Years) & Post Graduation (2 Years) from recognized University to all the courses.

The Prospectus along with application form will be available for Sale
at the I.B.B.S. at Veer Savarkar Basic Training Centre Campus, Pusa, New Delhi-11 0012 from 01 .07.2011 to 22.07.2011 (9.00 AM to 4.00 PM) on all working days (Monday to Friday) against cash payment of Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only).

Application forms, completed in all respect, should be submitted in person at the Institute latest by 4.00 PM on or before 22.07.2011 on all working days (Monday to Friday) along with registration fee of Rs. 50/- in cash. The Indian Navy Short Service Commission recruitment in Technical, Executive branches

Applications are invited from unmarried male and female candidates who fulfill eligibility condition of Nationality as laid down by the Government of India for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Technical / Executive Branches of the Indian Navy under University Entry Scheme (UES), for course commencing July 2012.Age: 19 to 24 years (i.e. born between 02 Jul 1988 to 01 Jul 1993, (both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification: Applicant should be studying in a recognized university with one of the following disciplines and should have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks till pre final year (upto VI semester):

Physical Standard

(I) Technical Branch. 6/24, 6/24 correctable to 6/6 in each eye with glasses.

(ii) General Service (Executive). 6/12, 6/12 correctable to 6/6 in each eye with glasses. The candidates should not be colour/night blind.

Although candidates may be eligible for more than one branch/cadre yet they have to submit only one application and mentioned priority at para 17 of Application Form. If a candidate has submitted duplicate application or appears twice in campus interview, his/her candidature will be cancelled.

Application must be accompanied by attested copies of ;— (i) 10th standard certificate for verification of date of birth and other educational certificates. (ii) Marks statement of l to Vl semesters.

Sale of Information Bulletin with Application Form by Post:

The Information Bulletin with Application Form for candidates outside Delhi can be obtained by registered/speed post. The request should reach the Controller, Board of Technical Education, Muni Maya Ram Marg, Pitampura, Delhi – 110088, latest by 19.04.2011 (4:00 PM) with a bank draft of Rs.350/- per test drawn in favor of DKDF payable at Delhi (Name, Address & Phone No. of the candidate should be mentioned clearly on the back side of Bank Draft) and a self addressed envelope (size not less than 24X30 cm) AFFIZING THEREON Rs.50/- postage stamp.
