Applications are invited for admission to the following paramedical courses

1. B.Sc. Medical Technology Laboratory

2. B.Sc. Medical Technology Radio Diagnosis & Imaging with stipend

3. B.Sc. Medical Technology Radio Diagnosis & Imaging without stipend

4. B.Sc. Medical Technology Radiotherapy

5. B.Sc. Medical Technology Operation Theatre

6. B.Sc. Medical Technology Profusionist

7. Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language Therapy (BASLP)

8. Bachelor of Physical Therapies

Age limit: Not more than 25 years and less than 17 years as on 31st August, 2011.The candidates may apply in the form downloadable from the PGI website http://pgimer.nic.in together with requisite fees by Demand Draft in the name of “Director, PGI Chandigarh”.

The prescribed application form along with the Information Brochure can also be obtained from the Office of the Registrar personally on payment of Rs.1000/- for General / OBC / OPH category & Rs.800/- for SC/ST category at the counter (Kairon Block, Room No - 309) from 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM and from 2.30 PM to 3.30 PM on all working days.

The application form can also be obtained by POST for which the request must accompanied by a self-address envelope of size 24X15 cms bearing postage stamps of Rs.70/- and Bank Draft preferably from SBI branch payable at SBI Medical Institute Branch (Code No. 1524), Chandigarh for General Rs.1000/- and for SC/ST Rs.800/- drawn in favour of “Director of the institute (A/C No 65541 )”.
