MCA / M.Tech. : Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of Indian Educational system, with Physics and Mathematics and minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, or GCE, ‘O’ level with five subjects and GCE, ‘A’ level with Physics and Mathematics with grade C or better or an equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics and minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board of Education.

MBA (MS) / MBA (FT) : Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of Indian Educational system and minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, or GCE, ‘O’ level with five subjects and GCE, ‘A’ level with two courses with grade C or better or an equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board of Education.

MBA (E-Commerce): Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of Indian Educational system and minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, or GCE, ‘O’ level with five subjects and GCE, ‘A’ level with two courses with grade C or better or an equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board of Education.

MBA (HA): Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks with Science, Biology from Board of Secondary Education (M.P.), Bhopal, or from any other statutory Board / Institute recognized as equivalent thereto.

B.Pharm. : Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of Indian educational system with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology and minimum 50% marks in aggregate, or GCE, ‘O’ level with five subjects and GCE, ‘A’ level with two courses with grade C or better or an equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board of Education.

M.Sc. (Electronic Media): Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of Indian Educational system and minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, or GCE, ‘O’ level with five subjects and GCE, ‘A’ level with two courses with grade C or better or an equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board of Education.

B.Com.(Hons.) : Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of Indian Educational system and minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, or GCE, ‘O’ level with five subjects and GCE, ‘A’ level with two courses with grade C or better or an equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board of Education. Only the students of Commerce and Science streams in Intermediate / 10+2 are eligible for the course.

Eligibility Requirements (Postgraduate Programmes)

MBA(T) / MBA(APR) / MBA (BE) / MBA (FS) / MBA (IB) / MBA (FA) / MBA (MM) / MBA (Media Mgt.) / MBA (e-Com.) / MBA (DM) / MBA (FT):

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in any discipline and minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

MBA (Business Forecasting): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level and minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

MBA (HA): Immediate pass out students of BBA (HA) degree from Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore will be directly admitted to the MBA (HA) programme.

The remaining seats will be filled through an all India test conducted by university or as decided by the University.

The eligibility criteria of the seats would be M.B.B.S. / B.D.S.
/ B.V.Sc. / B.Sc. (Nursing) / B.H.A. / BBA (HA) / other medical / paramedical degree from recognized university. Duration of other medical / paramedical degree should not be less than that-for M.B.B.S.

A Candidate who is appearing or has appeared for the qualifying examination during the current academic session can also appear for the entrance test. Such a candidate will have to produce the certificate of having passed the qualifying examination as per the eligibility requirements at the time of admission.
Age Limit:
Undergraduate programmes:
Maximum age limit 22 years as on 01.07.2011. No age limit for female candidates. Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC(excluding creamy layer) / PH candidates is 3 years.
Postgraduate programmes:
Maximum age limit 27 years as on 01.07.2011 excluding MBA (HA) 2 yrs. No age limit for female candidates. Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC (excluding creamy layer) / PH candidates is 3 years.

Candidate can submit only Online Application Form through website www.mponline.gov.in .

Application Fee: Candidate shall have to pay Rs. 1000/- + 50/- online service charges either through cash at authorized kiosks of MP Online or Credit Card/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Union public Service Commission (UPSC) Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2011

A Combined Defence Services Examination will be conducted by
the Union Public Service Commission on 18th September, 2011 for admission to the undermentioned courses.

1. Indian Military Academy, Dehradun
133rd Course commencing in July, 2012 [including 32 vacancies
reserved for NCC ‘C’ Certificate (Army Wing) holders].

2. Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala
Course Commencing in July, 2012 Executive (General Service) {including 06 vacancies reserved for NCC 'C' Certificate holders (Naval Wing)}.

3. Air Force Academy, Hyderabad
(Pre-Flying) Training Course commencing in July, 2012 i.e. No.192nd F(P) Course.

4. Officers Training Academy, Chennai
96th SSC Course (for Men) commencing in October, 2012.

5. Officers Training Academy, Chennai
10th SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course commencing in October, 2012

Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status :

(i) For IMA-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1988 and not later than 1st July, 1993 only are eligible.

(ii) For Indian Naval Academy-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1990 (2nd July, 1988 in case of NCC Naval Wing ‘C’ Certificate holders) and not later than 1st July, 1993 only are eligible.

(iii) For Air Force Academy-Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1989 and not later than 1st July, 1993 only are eligible.

(iv) For Officers' Training Academy- (SSC Course for Men) : Male candidates (married or unmarried) born not earlier than 2nd July, 1987 and not later than 1st July, 1993 only are eligible.

(v) For Officers Training Academy - (SSC Women Non-Technical Course) Unmarried Women, issueless widows who have not remarried and issueless divorcees (in possession of divorce documents) who have not remarried are eligible. They should have been born not earlier than 2nd July, 1987 and not later than 1st July, 1993.

Educational Qualifications :

(i) For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy-Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.

(ii) For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering.

(iii) For Air Force Academy : Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of
Engineering.

Graduates with first choice as Army/Navy/ Air Force are to submit proof of graduation provisional certificates on the date of commencement of the SSB Interview at the SSB.

Candidates who are studying in the final year Degree course and have yet to pass the final year degree examination can also apply but they will be required to submit proof of passing the degree examination to
reach the

a) Candidates are required to apply online only, by using the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the abovementioned website.

However candidates residing in certain remote areas specified in Para 6 of this Notice, may also apply through offline mode, by using the Common Application Form (Form-E) devised for examinations conducted by the Commission. This Form can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices/Post Offices (specified in Appendix-III of the Notice) throughout the country against cash payment of Rs.30/- (Rupees Thirty Only).

Each such Form can be used only once and only for one examination.

In case of any difficulty in obtaining Application Forms from the designated HPOs/POs, the candidates should immediately contact the concerned Post Master or UPSC’s “FORMS SUPPLY MONITORING CELL” over Telephone No. 011-23389366/ FAX No. 011-23387310.

It may be noted that offline applications, if any, received from
candidates residing in normal areas/ abroad, shall be summarily rejected by the Commission. The option of offline application is available only to candidates residing in specified remote areas.

(b) Candidates are advised to read carefully the instructions for filling up the Online Application Form given in Appendix-II (A) and instructions for offline Applications given in Appendix-II (B) of this Notice.

A) Online (From all candidates)
The Online Applications can be filled upto 6th June, 2011 till 11.59 PM after which the link will be disabled.

(B) Offline (From candidates residing in specified remote areas only). All Offline Applications from candidates residing in Remote Areas only specified in para 6 of this Notice must reach the
